1. Competition Details

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Poland aged 18 or over.
• Participants aged 16–17 may enter with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• Employees and contractors of CrowdLoops, Cardio Bunny Polska, and Biedronka, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win prizes.
• One entry per person. Duplicate or bulk submissions will be disqualified.
• Eligibility is verified before any prize is awarded. CrowdLoops and Cardio Bunny Polska reserve the right to disqualify entries that cannot be verified.

3. How to Enter

Zaprojektuj kompletny zestaw odzieży sportowej dla polskiego rynku. Zwycięski projekt może zostać wprowadzony do produkcji i sprzedany we współpracy z partnerem detalicznym.

To enter, submit your design through the competition page before the closing date. Your submission must:

• Be uploaded as a JPG, PNG, or PDF file.
• Be your own original creative work.
• Include a short description of your concept or inspiration.
• Not infringe any copyright, trademark, or third-party intellectual property right.

Additional submission requirements:

1. Prześlij projekt jako JPG, PNG lub PDF.
2. Projekt musi zawierać komplet: top + legginsy.
3. Wszelkie style są akceptowane — od minimalistycznego po śmiały.
4. Dołącz krótki opis inspiracji (maks. 100 słów).

AI-generated artwork is permitted unless otherwise stated. If you use AI tools, you must hold all rights to the final submitted image, and the output must not reproduce copyrighted works, real people, or trademarked characters. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Voting

• Voting is open to the public during the designated voting window.
• Each verified user may cast one vote per entry. Signing in is required to vote.
• Voting in bulk, using automated tools, purchasing votes, or organising coordinated inauthentic voting is prohibited and will result in disqualification of the relevant entry.
• CrowdLoops uses layered signals — including login controls, device signals, rate limits, and pattern detection — to identify suspicious activity.
• Suspicious or duplicate votes are flagged for review and may be excluded from the final count. Flagged votes do not count toward winner selection.
• Vote counts shown on the platform reflect verified votes only.

5. Winner Selection

The winner is not selected by chance. Selection is based on a combination of:

1. Verified public votes — to determine the community shortlist.
2. Eligibility verification — age, residency, and original work confirmed.
3. Brand and creative review — by Cardio Bunny Polska, assessed against the competition brief.
4. Technical and commercial feasibility — assessment for production viability.

CrowdLoops and Cardio Bunny Polska reserve the right to withhold a prize if no entry meets the required standard, or to select an alternative winner if the top-voted entry is disqualified.

The decision of Cardio Bunny Polska and CrowdLoops is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

6. Prize

Prize details shown above are illustrative only and create no obligation.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your design. By submitting an entry, you confirm that:

• The work is your own original creation.
• You hold all necessary intellectual property rights, including rights to any AI-generated content, photographs, or third-party elements incorporated.
• The submission does not infringe any copyright, trademark, personality right, or other third-party right.

Display licence: By entering, you grant CrowdLoops and Cardio Bunny Polska a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote your entry for the duration of the competition and in post-competition communications.

Production licence (selected entries only): For shortlisted or winning entries, and subject to a separate written agreement, you may be asked to grant an additional licence for Cardio Bunny Polska to develop and produce your design commercially. Full IP assignment or licence terms will be set out in that agreement. No rights beyond the display licence above are transferred automatically on submission.

8. Privacy Notice

CrowdLoops collects and processes the following personal data in connection with this competition:

• Name and contact email — to administer your entry, verify eligibility, and contact you if you are shortlisted or win.
• Your design submission and description — to display on the platform and for pre-publication moderation.
• Authenticated user ID — to enforce the one-vote-per-person rule.
• Vote data — to count votes and detect fraud.
• Device and session signals — used for vote integrity; this constitutes personal data and is handled accordingly.

Legal basis: Contract performance (administering your entry) and legitimate interests (platform security and fraud prevention).

Data sharing: Your entry data (name, design, and description) will be visible to the public on the competition page. Your contact details will be shared with Cardio Bunny Polska only if your entry is shortlisted or wins.

Retention: Entry and vote data is retained for the duration of the competition plus 12 months, unless you request deletion earlier.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Contact us at contact@crowdloops.com to exercise these rights.

9. Disqualification

CrowdLoops and Cardio Bunny Polska reserve the right to disqualify any entry or voter that:

• Submits work that is not their own original creation or infringes third-party rights.
• Includes offensive, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or adult content.
• Features real people without consent, including celebrities or public figures.
• Attempts to manipulate the vote through fake accounts, automated tools, purchased votes, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Provides false information about eligibility or identity.
• Violates these rules or the platform's general terms in any other way.

Disqualified entries are removed from the public platform. Disqualified voters' votes are excluded from all counts.
