Questions buying, legal, and marketing teams ask.
Can we moderate entries before they go live?
Yes. Competitions can be configured for pre-moderation, post-moderation, or shortlist-only public display. Your team reviews entries on a private dashboard before anything is published. Nothing goes live without your approval.
How do you prevent fake votes?
CrowdLoops uses layered vote protection: verified email, rate limiting, device fingerprinting, duplicate-pattern detection, suspicious activity flags, and manual review. Flagged votes are excluded from the demand report and can be removed from winner selection entirely.
How do you handle IP and design rights?
Every entrant accepts event-specific terms before submitting. Those terms include the rights needed for the brand to review, promote, select, and produce winning designs. Licensing, transfer, and exclusivity are configured to match your legal requirements. We do not claim any rights to submissions.
How long does it take to launch?
A standard Loop can be configured in around 48 hours once the brief, brand assets, eligibility rules, and approvals are confirmed. Multi-market campaigns, custom legal terms, or complex eligibility rules may take longer. We scope this during the onboarding call.
What markets can we run in?
CrowdLoops can be localised for different markets, languages, currency, and retail partners. Current demo Loops include Poland, the UK, and Türkiye. New markets are typically configured within 24–48 hours after assets and rules are approved.
Can we run a private or invite-only competition?
Yes. Loops can be password-protected, invite-only, or limited to a specific audience — for example, existing loyalty members or trade contacts. Public voting can also be disabled so only your team scores the entries.
What does the output look like?
At the end of a campaign your team receives an exportable demand report: submission list, vote totals, voter feedback breakdowns, notify-me counts, and a ranked shortlist. The report is designed to go straight to a buying or product team for a production decision.
